Austin Monthly creates an experience for special edition releases and with their yearly Bands to Watch issue they wanted to do something extra special. In partnership with the newly opened Bowie Residential Building, they were needing a team who could mold this event into the community space in the building.
Bounce was chosen to concept and produce a special edition Austin Monthly release party. After convening with the Austin Monthly team to better understand their goals and vision, we then selected vendors who we felt could make their vision come to life while delivering an unforgettable experience for guests. Bounce worked with Austin Monthly to compile an exclusive invite list, manage RSVPs and source additional event components leading up to the event. Once Austin Monthly confirmed the new Bowie residential high rise as the event venue, Bounce set up site visits to review the space. We then put together a site plan that allowed guests to seamlessly make their way through the nights’ many festivities spread across two separate levels within the high rise. Guests could experience some local music by making their way to the lounge area with a whiskey cocktail in hand or grab some delicious local grub at the food bar serving up some amazing Tex-Mex cuisine.
Over the years, Bounce has developed relationships with multiple vendors from various industries. From party rentals to beverage companies to entertainment, our base of partnerships has grown and helped us deliver excellent additions to our client events. Austin Monthly was looking to secure beverages for their attendants and with one of our existing relationship we were able to establish a common agreement for both parties to benefit.
