Are you including these 3 communications tools in your marketing plan?

1. Social Media.

Finding the appropriate platform to reach your desired demographic is key when selecting which one to use. You’ll also need to consider the content and length of your messaging. Some social media tools allow you to integrate more visual content like Instagram and TikTok while others focus more on verbal messages like Twitter and Facebook.

Communication plans seem obvious when trying to get the word out for an event but there are a few key tools you must include in your strategy.
2. Email Marketing.

There are several of these out there like mailchimp, benchmark and drip. The useful thing about these services are that you can fully brand the content of your email and you can hyperlink out to your own brand’s website, purchase ticket page and even to your social media to get your email community to engage with you through your social media channels.

3. Online Calendar Listings.

These are easy, free and super effective in reaching your community. Simply search online for other events to see where they are posted to see all the listings you should be posting in as well. Consider your demographic too when selecting calendar listings as many of them reach certain audiences.

By considering where these three fit within your plan, you’ll be sure to reach a wide audience that best hits your demographic for the best ROI.
